Callback Queue for Anonymous Callers

Here we are again.
When an anonymous caller gets into a callback queue, it cannot call them back because no number has been provided.
I tried to log a ticket to find out if this should go here or whether it should be classed as a bug as it's one of those stupid things that has been overlooked.
So the request is to stop anonymous callers from making it into a callback queue.
