Allow multiple users to share Fax and SMS queues

To have a "shared" fax line or SMS line we have to create a generic user and shared the username/password with multiple people. This is incredibly insecure and prevents MFA from being used. Instead, let us give users access to a fax queue or SMS queue using their existing PBX account.

Hey Ray,

Any update on release? This item is plaguing a large veterinary service provider client of mine and causing them loss of revenue. Any update would be appreciative. We're facing loss of client if we can't get it resolved.
