Turn off "Leave a message after the tone"

i would like the ability to turn off the automated message that comes on every voice mail "Please leave a message after the tone"
This auto generated message is very loud, harsh, and does not go in line with our recorded messages. It doesn't sound good .

Agreed, and it also doesn't allow auto-attendants, when used for dynamic voicemail greetings, to seamlessly transfer to a recording from a prompt without the abrupt interruption (we usually have an AA play the "greeting" and transfer to an extension's voicemail with a silent sliver of a greeting on the box itself, but can't get rid of the loud Please leave a message blurb and would like to.
