useless for real time communication if the ONLY notification the Agent gets is a Pop up window that only shows up if I have that browser window open. Unfortunately at this time, we do not have a way to when the agent receives a 'Queue Session Invite' Pop up on the web browser to have some type of trigger with a sound notification
