Ringing status

I am using the Manager Portal and Daily Dashboard to view my teams activity on the phones. It is very difficult for me to tell what techs are actually on a call when a call is waiting in the queue. I would really like to see a Ringing status in addition to an On a Call status so I can tell if a tech is not answering a call (ringing) or is actually on a call. At this time I can't distinguish who's phone is ringing vs who is on a call.
It makes no sense for a tech to appear on a call when in reality they are not, and it's just that their phone is ringing.
