Remove Time Frame on AAs/IGs

I do not personally see the point of a time frame on the intro greetings within an AA. I would like to see this removed and the ability to edit an AA's time frame easily done. Once you set a time frame on the Intro Greeting, it will change it on the AA and thus you will need to remake the AA if you need it to be a 'default' AA.
