More ability to audit

We need more ability to audit actions of people in the system. We've had times when someone removes an e911, or removes an extension and I need to contact OIT to find out who. Additionally, I want to be able to monitor when someone listens to a recording. I don't necessarily want to change rights, but the audit log needs to be more accessible to white label
