External Contact List Integration

I'd love the ability to sync, or pull caller data from, Google Contacts or Exchange (M365). This would have the benefit of skipping manual import and manual updating of one list or the other whenever a contact is added or changed.

Is pulling in the contacts to the portal enough? Or do you need it pushed to GSuite/M365 GAL too?

It doesn't need to push back to GSuite/M365, as updating contacts would happen either through my PSA/CRM or directly in GSuite/M365. It does, however, need to be able to pull updates when new contacts are added or existing ones are updated.
