A domain setting for emailed/sms alerts if call QoS drops below a certain threshold. It would be nice to know about quality issues and have a possible reason before a customer calls in the issue.

This would be great and would really allow us to be proactive and stand out from the competition! It would need some parameters defined though. You wouldn't want to get an alert for just 1 call, but maybe if they have several calls to several different numbers you get an alert. Then you could proactively check out their network and ISP connection.
