Discord Ticketing Bot

Since users often submit issues in the OIT Discord that should really be tickets, it would be cool to build a Discord bot to automatically create tickets!

For example if I typed out something (lets say limited to the the support channel) and tagged it with #HELPOIT it would create a ticket. My discord handle would be on my profile in your CRM and generate the ticket from the initial post.

An even more advanced bot could reply with a ticket # in PM and you could engage from there, or even in the channels if you replied and tagged with that ticket number it would update the ticket.
