Create Emergency Endpoint during domain creation

The Create Domain wizard prompts for the creation of an Emergency Address but not an Emergency Endpoint. However, because no Emergency Endpoint is created, adding new extensions fails until manually adding an Emergency Endpoint, even if it's just one with the Emergency Address that was already added. IMO, an Emergency Endpoint should also be created in the wizard, or at least the option to create one should be offered, so that extensions may be created immediately upon completion of the wizard without any additional required steps.
