We would like the option to add system users to the company directory so users can have access to call park extensions via SNAPmobile and SNAPmobile for web.

Hi Henry,
We utilized contacts to store frequently used Star Codes like Call Pickup, Park/UnPark, DND, Queue login/out on Bria and SNAPMobile Android softphones so far. Bria was a csv import file we provided during setups. We had contacts organized (grouped) by departments using the company field. Using a group name called "System Codes" we created contacts with firstname and lastname like Call Pickup and the work# as the star code. Any codes that triggered a feature on/off worked great! Any that required additional input, unfortunately, didn't work. The code + whatever extension or key sequence had to be dialed all at the same time.
SNAPMobile for Web however we found yesterday that the * is stripped off during Save. Suspecting a field validation or formatting clean is up going on. We validated this with Support today who suggested we make a feature request. I came in to add this one and found your post.
We hope using contacts as a means to store helps you for now, and that the amazing team here at OIT can help us with a system published list to star codes in contacts.
