It would be really helpful to have a history/log showing every email that has been sent out related to a Quote or Invoice.

Invoice or Quote would have a "history" selection showing "Invoice was emailed to bob@companyabc.com on 4/2/2021, 2:29pm"

IMO, as we route outbound emails through our PostmarkApp.com service, we have this log ourselves. We also edited notifications to add a BCC email in our own tenant that gets copies of emails we care about seeing or knowing about, that aren't visible to the customer. Maybe this will help?
