No indication of E-Sign integration failure but there should be

When DocuSign integration works successfully but then fails/disconnects and must be re-authenticated, OneBill does not alert of the error anywhere and continues to send out quotes with a quote template email that says it includes a link, but is missing the link. There's no proactive alert (via email or UI) indicating that a formerly active integration was deactivated without any user intervention and needs to be rectified, and there should be some sort of alert prior to sending a quote to a lead to (supposedly) e-sign.
