When clients log into the Selfcare portal in OneBill, and click to view invoices, at least some web browsers are blocking the invoice open as a blocked pop-up window/tab by default, which can be worked around by adding to the exclusions list but should be handled in an embedded view or some method that doesn't cause as many support requests to assist the client in bypassing the pop-up block that's not always obvious even if possible.
