Adjust "Last Month" Reports to be calendar month

Choosing a named value on reports (“Last Month”) for example is useless as it using a rolling 30 day window not a calendar month. So for example if I choose “Last Month” today it goes 3/15 to 4/15. That is not last month, last month is 3/1 to 3/31…same with any of the other choices. So basically i always have to do custom
